You are invited to help us celebrate the launch of Laboratorio Arts - and become an honorary PRIMO!

Please join us on November 9th, 2024, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Blackfeather Vintage Works (979 Springdale Rd Suite #98; Austin, TX 78702) for a celebratory evening dedicated to honoring cultura, arte, música, y comunidad. 

The evening will include an intimate performance by composer/vocalist/violinist Carrie Rodriguez and the all-star Laboratorio band along with a street taco station, churros, margaritas y más as we come together to launch the first fundraising campaign of Laboratorio Arts: PRIMOS Y PRIMAS.

PRIMOS Y PRIMAS give either a monthly or annual gift to Laboratorio Arts. These recurring gifts help Laboratorio Arts predict its future revenues, pay fair wages to all of our incredible musicians and guest artists, and plan for future performances and projects.

As many of you already know, Laboratorio Arts is proud to serve as an incubator and presenter of adventurous performances built to explore and celebrate Latino culture through music, art, and storytelling. Together with your help, we are building a community that gathers to learn, hear important perspectives, and experience the life-changing transformation that only live performance can provide. Though this event is free and open to all, we do want you to know that we will be asking you to make a monthly tax deductible donation to support the great work of Laboratorio Arts.

We would also like to give a very special thank you to our hosts, Blackfeather Vintage Works, who will remain open throughout the fiesta in case you want to include some early holiday shopping along with the festivities!
